Basing his arguments on the judgment of this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 17568 of 2023 (Sumit and another vs. State of U.P. and 2 others) dated 8.1.2024, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the light of the prohibition incorporated in Section 195 of Cr.P.C., the first information report could not have been lodged. 4.
