It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the notice dated 27.6.2025 under Section 3(1) of the U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970, the petitioner had submitted a reply on 14.8.2025 which has been annexed at page 11 to the writ petition. 2. Learned AGA states that the matter with regard to the petitioner, if had yet not been decided, shall be decided expeditiously. 3. Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, we direct that the reply of the petitioner in pursuance of the notice dated 27.6.2025 be considered in accordance with law, if it has not been decided, within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 4.
