Although, the prayer made in this writ petition is to quash the First Information Report dated 24.08.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0582 of 2025, under Sections 191(1), 191(2), 333, 324(4), 115(2), 352, 351(2) of B.N.S, 2023 and 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station - Subhash Nagar, District - Bareilly, but at the time when the matter is taken up learned counsel for the petitioner confines his relief to grant of protection under section 35 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 4.
