This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the first information report dated 18.2.2025 giving rise to case crime No. 0032 of 2025, under Section 351(4), 351(2) of BNS, Police Station Sambhal, District Sambhal. 2. This writ petition has been opposed by Sri A.K. Sand. He has brought to the notice of the Court that thrice notices were issued to the petitioner under Section 41-A of the Cr.P.C i.e. on 15.4.2025, 17.5.2025 and 11.6.2025. After the petitioner had avoided those notices, a bailable warrant was issued on 14.8.2025 and thereafter, proceedings under Section 82/83 Cr.P.C. have been initiated. 3. It is strange that the petitioner though has not responded to the bailable warrants and has not participated in the proceeding under Section 82/83 Cr.P.C is approaching this Court for quashing of the first information report
