The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 22.03.2025 passed by District Magistrate, Ballia in Case No.3380 of 2024 having its computerized Case No.D202415090003380 under Section 5(A) of UP Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, whereby the vehicle of the petitioner bearing Truck No.UP50F3705 has been confiscated in favour of the State Government. 3. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing revision before the Divisional Commissioner, Ballia. 4.
