Gangster and Anti-social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, was not being decided. 2. Learned AGA Sri Pankaj Saxena submits that the application would be decided expeditiously. 3. Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the application filed under Section 15(1) of the U.P. Gangster and Anti-social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, be decided expeditiously within a period of three weeks from the date of presentation of a certfiied copy of this order. 4.
