This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 16.8.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0228 of 2025, under Sections 351(2), 140(2) of B.N.S. and added Sections 140(2), 127(2), 351(2), 61(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3/28 of Arms Act, Police Station - Kirawali (Commissionerate Agra), District - Agra and a direction to the respondent authorities not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned first information report. 2.
