The prayer of the writ petitioner is that this court may direct the respondents to lodge a first information report. 2. Learned AGA, however, has submitted that the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of filing an application under Section 173(4) of the B.N.S.S., 2023. 3. The Court finds substance in the submission made by the learned AGA. 4. Under such circumstances, it is provided that if the petitioner files an application within a period of one week from today, the same shall be decided in accordance with law. 5.
