This writ petition has been filed praying that Station House Officer concerned be directed to register a case against the respondent nos.4 and 5. 2. Learned AGA appears for respondent nos.1, 2 and 3. In view of the order that this Court intends to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to respondent nos.4 and 5. Learned AGA states that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an application under section 175(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 3. It is, therefore, directed that in the event the petitioner files an application under section 175(3) of BNSS before the authority concerned within a period of one week from today, the same shall be considered and decided within the next three weeks thereafter. 4.
