Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report dated 13.08.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 491 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station - Kairana, District - Shamli. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that when the first information report was lodged on 13.08.2025 under Sections 109(1), 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station - Kairana, District - Shamli, and when the writ petition was filed for quashing of the same, the respondents appeared in the Court and filed counter affidavit bringing on record the compromise which has been entered into between the parties. The compromise was sent for verification and the verification report has been received. The Magistrate also satisfied he
