This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 7.8.2025 U/s 3(1) the U.P. Constrol of Goondas Act, 1970, passed by the respondent no. 2. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the writ petition and has submitted that the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of filing an Appeal before the competent Authority which shall be decided expeditiously as early as possible. 4. We do find substance in the submission made by the learned AGA. 5. Under such circumstances, we provide that if the petitioner files an appeal along with an application for interim relief within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be decided, thereafter, in accordance with law, without going into the question of limitation. 6.
