Against an order which was passed on 10.7.2025 by the District Magistrate, Farrukhabad under section 14(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 (hereinafter referred to as the "Gangsters Act"), the petitioner has filed an application under section 15 of the Gangsters Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the vehicle was attached only to bypass a certain order which was passed under section 207 of the Motor Vehicles Act. 3.
