Case was taken up in the revised call. 2. Heard Sri Amit Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Sri Radhey Shyam Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 3. When a matrimonial dispute arose between the petitioners and the respondent no. 3, a first information report was lodged on 23.6.2024 which had given rise to Case Crime No. 294 of 2024, under Sections 498A, 323, 313, 504, 506 of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act. When the first information report was challenged before this Court, on 4.2.2025 the parties were sent to the Mediation Centre of this Court for conciliation. The parties appeared before the Mediation Centre and a settlement agreement was drawn on 25.5.2025.
