This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 8.7.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 265 of 2025, under Sections 65(1), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023, and Sections 3 and 4(2) of the POCSO Act, Police Station - Jhunsi, District - Prayagraj, and a direction to the respondent authorities not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned first information report. 3.
