HON'BLE ABDUL SHAHID, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. 2. The instant writ perdition has been filed for the following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 17.4.2025 passed by respondent no. 2 (annexure-1) to this writ petition; ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 4 to release the tractor of the petitioner." 3. From the order impugned, we find that the order was passed after the petitioner had filed an objection under Section 15 of U.P. Gangster and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986.
