Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the order passed by the District Magistrate, Baghpat on 16.6.2025 was erroneous in law. 3. Learned A.G.A., however, submits that as per the Government Order dated 15.10.2024, the petitioner has been given liberty file a revision before the Divisional Commissioner. This has also been held in a judgment dated 18.7.2025 passed in Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No. 14242 of 2025 (Nitesh Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and 2 others). 4. Under such circumstances, we are of the view that if the petitioner files a revision within a period of fifteen days from today, then the revisional court without going into the question of limitation shall decide the revision within a period of one month thereafter. 5.
