This writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 4.8.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 322 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 61(2), 127(2), 351(3), 324(4) of the B.N.S.,2023, Police Station - Baksha, District - Jaunpur. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there was very minor injury on the side of the first informant. 4. Learned A.G.A. placed before us entire instructions which contain medical report and the injury report with regard to injured. It shows that the bullet had entered through the shoulder and had come come out from the back side. 5. Perusal of the impugned first information report prima facie reveals commission
