Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents police authorities to take immediate action on the complaint dated 29.07.2025 of the petitioner by registering a criminal case against respondent nos. 4 to 9. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite his best effort police is not registering the F.I.R. 4. Learned A.G.A. submits that the petitioner has efficacious and alternative remedy for approaching the Magistrate under Section 175 (3) B.N.S.S. 5. This petition is disposed with a direction that in case the petitioner move an application under Section 175(3) B.N.S.S., the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
