This writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the notice under Section 3(i) of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970 dated 17.7.2025 (State Vs. Noor Imam) under Section 2/3 of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970, Police Station Ankur Viha, District Ghaziabad. 3. Learned A.G.A. opposed the writ petition and submitted that the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy to submit a reply to the notice which has been challenged herein in the High Court. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit reply to the aforesaid notice within ten days from today. After the reply is filed, it shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a month thereafter. (Pramod Kumar Srivastav
