The writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the First Information Report registered on 11.3.2025 as Case Crime No. 131, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 352, 131 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station - Shamli, District - Shamli. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners upon being informed that a charge sheet has been forwarded with vis-a-vis the petitioners no. 1 and 3, prays that the writ petition vis-a-vis petitioners no. 1 and 3 be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
