When a first information report was lodged under Sections 111(2)(b), 308(2), 115(2), 324(4), 352, 351(2) of B.N.S. and under Section 3a and 3b of the Uttar Pradesh Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property) Act, 2013, on 18.5.2025, the accused had filed the instant writ petition. 2. It has been stated in the writ petition that the parties have entered into a compromise. By the order of this Court dated 18.7.2025, the compromise was ordered to be verified. 3. Today, we have before us an order of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shikohabad, Firozabad, who has stated that the compromise has now been verified. 4.
