HON'BLE ABDUL SHAHID, J. 1. The ossification report and the statements of the victim have been supplied by the learned AGA and are made part of the record of the case. 2. In view of the fact that the victim has been found to be 18 years of the age and she has given a statement before the concerned Magistrate that she had gone with the petitioner no.2 of her own free will, we are of the view that the FIR is to be quashed. 3. Sri Avinash Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no.3, has appeared and also states that he has no objection to the FIR being quashed. 4. Under such circumstances, the writ petition is allowed and the FIR dated 19.6.2025 registered as Case Crime No.367 of 2025, under Sections 87, 351(2) BNS, Police Station-Kairana, District-Shamli, is hereby quashed.
