HON'BLE ABDUL SHAHID, J. 1. When an FIR was lodged by respondent No.3, the petitioners file the instant writ petition wherein it was stated that the parties had entered into a compromise. On 4.7.2025, a direction was issued by this Court for verification of the compromise. 2. In the instant case, a short-counter affidavit has been filed by one Mr.Munendra Singh, Sub Inspector, Police Station-Sikandrabad, District- Bulandshahr, in which it has been stated that the compromise has been verified and in fact, the informant's side has mentioned that the first information report was lodged under some misunderstanding. 3. In such view of the matter, we are of the view that the First Information Report dated 11.6.2025 registered as Case Crime No.559 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 131 and 110 of BNS, 2023, Police Station-Sikandrabad, District-Bulandsha
