HON'BLE ABDUL SHAHID, J. 1. When an FIR was lodged by respondent No.3, the petitioners file the instant writ petition wherein it was stated that the parties had entered into a compromise. On 2.7.2025, a direction was issued for verification of the compromise. 2. In the instant case, a compliance affidavit has been filed by one Mr.Amit Pateriya, Sub Inspector, Police Station-Sikandrabad, District- Bulandshahr, in which it has been stated that the compromise has been verified and in fact, the informant's side has mentioned that the first information report was lodged under some misunderstanding. 3. In such view of the matter, we are of the view that the First Information Report dated 11.6.2025 registered as Case Crime No.560 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 110 of BNS, 2023, Police Station-Sikandrabad, District-Bulandshahr,
