HON'BLE ABDUL SHAHID, J. 1. In the instant case an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Investigating Officer. It be kept on record. 2. It has been stated in paragraph 4 of the affidavit that the victim has been traced out. The Investigating Officer is present and has informed this Court that the victim has also been handed over to her parents. Still further it has been informed that a charge-sheet in the case had been submitted today itself. 3. Upon getting this information, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the writ petition be dismissed as not pressed with a liberty to avail such remedy as might be available under the law. 4.
