This writ petition has been filed for quashing the FIR dated 16.4.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No.123 of 2025 under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(2) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Ghoorpur, District- Prayagraj. 3. When there was a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner no.1 and respondent no.4, then an FIR was lodged by the respondent no.4. The dispute being matrimonial one, the matter was referred to Allahabad High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 20.5.2025, wherein on 24.8.2025, the Mediator brought on record a successful settlement between the parties and the settlement arrived at between the parties is contained in paragraphs 7 and 8 of the settlement agreement made.
