This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant Kalimullah Ansari, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 323 of 2024, under Sections 65(II) BNS and Section 5M/6 POCSO Act and Section 7 C.L.A. Act, registered at P.S. Khadda, District Khshi Nagar. 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial in the present matter has concluded and as such the bail application has become infructuous and be dismissed as such. 5.
