The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 663 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238, 3/5 of B.N.S. Police Station Tundla, District Firozabad, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant was not named in the F.I.R. Subsequently, police has collected the C.C.T.V., footage wherein three persons were seen on a motorcycle and one of them was alleged to be applicant.
