The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.140 of 2022, under Sections 302, 201, 34 I.P.C., Police Station Jani, District Meerut with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 5.4.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.12571 of 2023. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is languishing in jail since 17.4.2022, as such, he is incarcerated in jail for about three years and four months.
