Learned counsel for the applicant submits that although he had prayed for time on 01.07.2025 to file supplementary affidavit but till date the complete statements of the witnesses have not been recorded and thus now he does not proposes to file any such supplementary affidavit. He submits that the matter be heard and decided on merits. 4. The Court thus proceeds to hear the matter. 5. This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Dev Gola @ Dorilal, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime
