Learned counsel for the applicant has filed supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Ajay Kumar Singh, learned Brief Holder for the State-respondents and perused the record. 3. This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Smt. Meena, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 175 of 2024, under Sections 302/34 IPC, Police Station Sahawar, District Kasganj. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. She has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 03.09.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that prosecution witnesses, namely, Rajendra, PW1, during his examination before the Trial Court has been declared hostile.
