The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sadiya Ansari, with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 333 of 2023, under Sections- 147, 302, 120-B, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station- Gorakhnath, District- Gorakhpur. Earlier bail application of the applicant was rejected by this court which was confirmed by the Apex Court by the order dated 05.07.2024. Counsel for the informant, Mohd. Shoeb Khan, informs that the trial is on the verge of conclusion as the statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C has already been recorded.
