Heard Sri Tripurari Pal, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Pranshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 229 of 2023, under Sections 302 IPC and Section 3/25(1B)/27 of Arms Act Police Station Dataganj, District Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 5. Learned counsel has further stated that there is no motive assigned in the FIR. The allegations are per se false. The applicant is languishing in jail since 19.05.2023, as such the period of incarceration is about two years and three months, as such the applicant is entitled for bail.
