The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Rahul alias Durvesh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.180 of 2024, under Sections 363, 364, 343, 342 IPC and Section 81 of Juvenile Justice Act, Police Station Jarifnagar, District Badaun, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. He further submitted that the victim Sanjay, who is son of the informant, was in possession of the co-accused Netra Pal and was recovered from his possession. The applicant has no criminal history to his credit as mention in para-26 of the bail application and is languishing
