The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.125 of 2023, under Sections 302 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. He has been implicated in the present case on the basis of circumstantial evidence. There is no ocular evidence to corroborate the prosecution story, as such, it is a clear-cut case of false implication. The applicant is in jail since 05.05.2023. He is ready to cooperate with trial.
