The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Rajesh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.94 of 2022, under Sections 363 and 366 IPC and 11/12 POCSO Act, Police Station Bar, District Lalitpur, during pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. He further submitted that applicant has not abducted and enticed away the daughter of the informant.
