Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 7 of 2023, under Sections 394, 302, 201, 411, 414 of IPC and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Newadia, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. Learned counsel has next stated that the informant is not an eye witness. The eye witness is Abulaish, who used to drive the said vehicle and he has categorically denied having mentioned the name of the applicant or other co-accused persons. Th
