This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Rohit Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 07 of 2024 under Sections 8/20/25/29 NDPS Act at Police Station-NCB Lucknow, District Varanasi during the pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.
