Heard Sri Sudeep Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State-Respondent, Sri Sanjay Dwivedi, learned counsel for informant and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 120 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 323 and 302 I.P.C., Police Station Vindhyachal, District Mirzapur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he is not named in the FIR. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number It is further submitted that there is delay in lodging the FIR without any plausible explanation. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Chandrajeet Shukla @ Golu has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Cou
