Singh, learned AGA for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 399 of 2022, under Sections 498A, 302, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Hasanpur, District Amroha during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, this is second bail application filed on behalf of applicant and first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed by this Court on merit vide order dated 07.11.2023 but he is pressing the instant second bail application on the ground that applicant is in jail since 31.10.2022 i.e. for almost three years but he fairly conceded that trial of the case is at its last leg and dates are being fixed for fin
