This bail application under Section 483 BNS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Vishram Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 266 of 2025, under Sections 64 (1), 333 BNS, Police Station Bichhwa, District Mainpuri. 3. The allegation made in the FIR is that on 20.07.2025 at about 2:00 p.m., the applicant entered into the house of first informant and committed rape with his wife and ran away and Smt. Madhu, wife of Neeraj seen the applicant while fleeing after committing the offence. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case crime number and is languishing in jail since 25.07.202
