Court No. - 65 HON'BLE SANJAY KUMAR SINGH, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State and perused the record. By means of this bail application, applicant Ashok Rathaur, who is involved in Case Crime No. 58 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85, 351(3) BNS and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, police station Bhojipura, district Bareilly, seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. As per prosecution case, in brief, complainant, who is brother of the deceased, got an F.I.R. lodged on 21.01.2025 against Ashok Rathaur (applicant), Ram Chandra, Chameli Devi, Harish Rathaur, Reshamwati, who are husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother- in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased, respectively, stated inter alia that marriage of his sister Ritu Rathaur was solemnized on 04.05.2024 with the applicant Ashok Rathaur and in the marriage, he had spent about Rs. 10 lacs
