The FIR of the matter was lodged on 10.05.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that on 08.05.2025 at about 12:00 pm when she had gone to take items for the use wherein Arman the present applicant met her and lured her and took her to his house where there was no one and on a false promise to marry committed rape upon her.
