This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 345 of 2025, under Sections 302, 420, 201, 475, 120-B of IPC, Police Station Rehra, District Amroha. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 11.05.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Prem Shankar and Om Prakash have already been enlarged on bail vide orders dated 08.08.2025 and 23.08.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 27434 of 2025 and 28143 of 2025
