The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Gulam Sabir, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 46 of 2025, under Sections 310(2), 109(1), 317(3), 324(4) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Seharamau South, District- Shahjahanpur, during pendency of trial. 3. As per prosecution story, on 25.02.2025, the informant withdrawn the cash of Rs.51,700/- by cheque from Bank of Baroda Branch Kaheliya and when he carried with cash at noon about 12.00 to 02.00 O'clock gone to his village Firozpur and when he reached at infront of wheat field of Ram Lakhan Gupta next to Gauraiya Sugar Centre, snatched the cash of Rs.51,700/- and Rs.4000/- along with one mobile by unknown woman and other unknown persons and on the pointing out of country-m
