This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 451 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 61(2)(A), 352, 351(3), 333 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Badlapur, District Jaunpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 23.11.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the co-accused Rajesh Singh @ Raju and Vivek Singh Alias Mohit Singh have already been enl
