The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mustaqeem with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.117 of 2023, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Gopiganj, District-Bhadohi, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by this Court. Apart from the one case, the applicant has no criminal history. The applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. He is not a member of any gang.
