This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Kasif, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 114 of 2025, under Section 8/21/29 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Gagalhedi, District Saharanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that mandatory provision of Section 50 of N.D.P.S. Act has not been complied with. Only 9 gram smack was recovered from the possession of the applicant, which is below the commercial quantity. There is no public witness of the alleged recovery. The applicant has criminal history of two cases in which he has already been granted bail as stated in para-20 of the affidavit filed in supp
