This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 145 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Modinagar, District Ghaziabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 14.07.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced the co-accused Mohd. Gulzar, Saddam Alias Sufiyan, Jubair and Sartaj have already been enlarged on bail by the Court vide orders dated 25.06.2025, 20.08.2025, 19.08.2025 and 18.08.2025 passe
