The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Satyanarayan and Vimlesh Yadav with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 61 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station- Naugarh, District- Chandauli, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. They have committed no offence. No beef has been recovered from the possession of the applicants. It is merely a case of transportation of animals. The applicants have no criminal history to their credit.
